Cancellation Policy
At Kellidoscope Nail Bar, I understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly request the following:
24-Hour Cancellation Window:
• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any fee.
Late Cancellations:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 30% fee of service booked, which will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.
No-Shows:
• Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked, which will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.
Arriving 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in cancellation and will need to be rescheduled. Please contact me if you think you may be late.
